Emanuel Duarte, PE, MS, founded QA Engineers in 2022 as President and CEO. Mr. Duarte’s extensive engineering experience for over a decade, range from but not limited to bridge design and inspection, bridge load ratings, public information meetings, cost estimating, permitting, and preparing bid documents for construction. Mr. Duarte earned his MS degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2014.
